Using Jot
Jot is intended for adults aged 18 and older and helps you capture and organize personal information. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions and for the decisions and actions you take. Jot does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
Free and Pro access
One successfully organized voice or typed brain dump per day is free on this installation. Failed attempts and discarded recordings do not use the allowance. Jot Pro includes unlimited organized dumps. Saved notes, boards and history remain accessible without a subscription.
Profile → Settings includes founder feedback and a request for a complimentary month of Pro through an Apple offer code. Rating Jot is optional and separate. Apple shows offer duration and any renewal terms before redemption.
Jot Pro subscriptions
Jot Pro is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The price and billing period shown in the App Store purchase sheet are the terms that apply to your purchase.
Eligible new subscribers who choose the yearly plan may receive a 3-day free trial. Eligibility is determined by Apple. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to the displayed yearly price. Apple displays any eligible introductory offer before purchase. Existing legacy subscriptions remain recognized.
Renewal and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when a purchase is confirmed or when an eligible trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription in App Store account settings.
Availability
Speech capabilities depend on compatible Apple hardware, installed system assets, language, region, and operating-system availability. Gemini organization requires your consent and a network connection. If organization is unavailable, your original capture remains available for retry or manual review. Individual results may vary.
Apple terms
Your use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms.
